The managers here are pretty rude. I had an issue with my points, due to them ringing up my transaction wrong. When I called customer service they said if I went back to the store they could fix it for me. Long story short they gave me the run around, i ended up going back to the store three times only for one of the managers to tell me it takes a long time for your points to show up which I know it ain’t true because this wasn’t my first purchase. I ended up returning my item because I got so upset at their customer service. I will just wait till I can go to a different store where hopefully the employees won’t be so rude. I had purchased some sunglasses.

Michael Kors carries quality merchandise, and have great sales when you can catch them….keep an eye out for birthday discounts as well, and also don’t forget excellent customer service too.

Excellent service from the staff. The gentlemen who helped me was on point and knew what he was talking about. Grab a gift for my girlfriend for valentines and she loves the bag.
