Long story short : The owners wife is greedy and doesnt care about customer service or warranties. She tried to trick me into thinking i had a new nail in my tire and not a air leak from the patch they had fixed previously.Long story: I paid $40 for an internal patch. I called today asking what warranty they offered, the wife thought i was a new customer so told me i would get warranty until the tires wear out. Then i told her when i went and that it was leaking air from the spot that they patched up. Her attitude changed, she was rude and said well bring it in we will have to see.When i showed up the owner (the husband) approached me after he was done with another customer that also had a problem from what i could tell. I explained that it had a air leak from the same place where they had patched. He took the tire off and took it inside. Put air and looked for the air leak. The wife came out she asked me when i got the patch done… then when the owner found the air leak he punctured the tire to put in a plug. ♀️ Thats when she said oh that’s a new nail that he is fixing and tried to charge me… good thing i had marked the tire and was able to comfront her. She ran out of words to say and went back inside. I got a plug repair that i could of done myself for under $10 instead of them doing the internal patch again correctly.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a tire store. He stayed open late to help me replace two trailer tires with used tires that were in fantastic shape. Our trip was saved! I live about 40 minutes from here and will absolutely be returning to replace all of my trailer tires when we get back. The lot is clean, feels safe, and has plenty of room to pull a large truck and trailer through. There is a huge selection of both new and used tires here.

Terrible service I showed up first another client showed up afterwards and ended up helping the other client. He got my rim and threw it on the floor face down scratching my rim. Overpriced used tires and definitely overpriced new tires charge a client or $100 when the tire only cost $50. I don’t recommend this place to anyone
