Metzler is the very best all round. For a number if years we have had the service of Wesley who is just outstanding. Also the owner Thomas Metzler is just wonderful along with his daughter who also supports the business – we have now purchased our 3rd Violin for our daughter and will continue to buy as our daughter grows up. The store gives very good trade in terms for instruments purchased with them, which is excellent. Cannot say how happy we have this fantastic resource close by in Glendale!

I trialed four bows from them. They sent two they thought I’d like in addition to the two I requested. All four bows were great and when I picked *the* bow getting the other three back to them was easy. They went out of their way to work with me even though I am halfway across the country. I would definitely do business with them again.

Loved these guys! I dropped off my wife’s violin and bow to repair and surprise her in time for Valentine’s day and thought it would easily take a few days to get it back. The young lady who greeted me asked me if I could wait 10 minutes! It was 9 minutes and 59 seconds later, she handed me the violin set and it looked like brand new! Fantastic work, fantastic service!
