Mike (from Canada!) was an amazing help today. Super friendly, knowledgeable and gave us an awesome experience in mattress shopping. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a nicer model, in fact felt more inclined to get the more comfy/expensive one BECAUSE Mike was actually concerned about my needs, not just making a sale. Thanks again so much for being so kind to myself and my Nana – it was so appreciated ☺️

Laura was an excellent and personable sales person! She took her time to make sure we knew everything we were looking at, and ensure that we were comfortable with our choice. She showed us different beds that had benefits and downfalls, and was upfront about all of them. She was clear and concise, and made sure we had all the details to guide us toward the right choice for us. She ensured we were well informed on the costs and any fees, and helped us to get the best deal possible. The store itself (military road in Niagara Falls, NY) was well maintained and clean, we genuinely felt comfortable and safe with the experience.
