Made an online appointment to have several things done on my car, when I dropped it off the prices they quoted me were insane! I opted not to have it detailed for $200, but left it for an inspection and to diagnose a problem I was with the shocks. Failed inspection due to bad brakes, and was told nothing was wrong with the shocks.The price on the brakes was too high so I ended up picking it up with no work done, but still had to pay $75.They won’t be seeing me again, I will drive a little further to find someone I feel I can trust.

Metro Ford got me in for a NYS inspection at a moment’s notice. At first glance it was a fairly standard experience – quick, easy check-in and they provided timely updates on my vehicle’s progress. Where they excelled, in my opinion, was in the level and detail of service provided. I appreciated the video the technician texted me detailing the inspection process. I was able to see who completed the inspection, information about his industry experience, and I was even given the option to have my car appraised for trade in. Most importantly, I could see with my own eyes that my car’s systems are in good working order. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on!
