However, the 2 employees and manager at the Colusa Hwy location are crooks.
Clarissa Lopez
Answered all my questions and gave me a great deal on my new phone.
Manuel Tapia
The employee was very helpful to me and my son. We were in there to buy him his first phone and she definitely worked hard to give us the best deal. She seems to be good with kids too.. The employee’s name was Alejandra. We both walked out very happy.

They had the phone I wanted. Other locations were out of stock. Friendly service. Would recommend.

I got new phone for Christmas and transferred all data to new but then it required new sim card so we stopped by the store and young girl was not helpful after I asked why $32.00 I have to pay to activate, made me so mad by answering we can’t do anything about it there is always you can do something for your customers like offering calling customer service… the store was empty I suggested her to take a business class to learn how to work things out with your customers … at the end you lost 4 lines that I had with metro for last 18 years you guys are not the only cell phone providers out there, good luck
