Experiencing this sense, I asked Able again if I’d be getting the promised $100.

Nice little MetroStore. Its clean inside and the people there are friendly and helpful. Cons: The phone selection isnt all that great and it closes at 7pm. I think all metro stores close at that time but they really shouldnt.

Jenny & Melissa were incredible today! They came together and figured out how to retrieve 2 very important pics of my late Kitty, Sugar. I am creating an online musical tribute for her and really needed these pics! I went to 2 other Metro PCS stores that wouldn’t and couldn’t help me.These ladies are my Angels. Lots of good vibes and free phones available. I’ll be back for my new phone Girlz… 🙂

I’ve had a competitor service for 19 years. I understand that sometimes things happen … but. To amend the service I have now, I looked for other providers. My research showed that MetroPCS had some good prices and $100 promotion after 2 months. Being in the hood, I stopped by this location primarily because of its rating. I told an agent, who presented himself as Able, that I am shopping for the best possible deal and mentioned to him $100. He said, oh, no, this month it’s only $60 but the next one, just in a few days, we’ll have $100. Trusting Able, I walked away and came back in a few days. Able confirmed availability of $100 and began working his magic setting up the service. You know how sometimes you have this 6th sense that something is off? Experiencing this sense, I asked Able again if I’d be getting the promised $100. Oh no … because you are not buying the phone there will be no rebate. But the $100 were not for the phone, just for staying with MetroPCS for 2 months … Oh, Able, continued, I have witnesses that can confirm that I’ve never promised you … blah … blah .. blah … A few hours later, the fate put me in a vicinity of another MetroPCS store. I stopped by and asked the agent about $100 promotion. You are a one day late, he responded, pulling from the can a flier it expired yesterday.I understand that mistakes happen. If Able owned up to it, I probably would be upset but there would be no problem … Stuff happens … If he had an ounce of the customer service in him, he at least could try to get that promotion, or figure out something else … No-no. He chose to get defensive and make an idiot out of a customer …So now, I have to wait for another MetroPCS promotion or go with another provider telling all my friends, family, and colleagues about my experience. In the age of the internet with thousands and thousands seeing and hearing almost instantly, these type of service should be unacceptable for any reputable company. Do you hear me now, MetroPCS?The moral? Not every Able is able. You know?
