The Manager Allen was very rude. They sold me a phone with a glitch and when i tried to return it exactly one week later they wouldn’t help me! They never answer the phone. The staff if they aren’t busy just stands around on thier phones. The same store also tried to sell me a refurbished phone as a new phone thinking i wouldn’t notice. I HAD been with metro for ten years but because of the incredibly unprofessional staff i made the switch to a different carrier. If i could give this store and the staff less than one star i would. If you would like to be ripped off then this is the store for you.

Awsome staff very helpful very knowledgeable definitely coming back the sign also says they’re keeping the store extra clean cause of covid they were cleaning often so it made me feel secure as well
