The last review I wrote about Metro by t mobile was supposed to be directed at metro’s headquarter’s management and not towards this San Juan Capistrano store. That is just one store I walked out of that my phone asked me what I thought of it.Bad timing. To be honest, that store is great. Nothing wrong that I can think of and thanks to Monica, the South County, Regional Manager, who was really great and very helpful to me, I was able to speak to Enrique, this store owner, who was very pleasant and very helpful also. It is people like these that make it for Metro by T mobile.To sum it up, this store. It’s owner and his employees and Monica Meiloaica, The South County, Regional Manager, are excellent people and Metro by T mobile should consider themselves very fortunate to have these people working for them and I believe any customer that should deal with these people will be getting the best service one can get. Thank you Metro by T mobile, for these people. And Enrique, Please forgive me for taking so long to edit my review. It’s way overdue. No doubt. Respectfully…..

Gotta hand it to Metro PCS, I always doubted their service but wow. They proved me wrong. They have nice employees who are always working to help you out. They phones aren’t bad and for the price of the monthly bill. Amazing, if your looking for something affordable, this is a definite go to.
