I showed up to change my Device Since my old one was shattered. The girl did not want to let me access my account to change my phone, even after showing a picture ID I asked her if she wanted the high security password and she still refused. I immediately contacted 1-800 customer service . Customer service told me to go to another store and my problem was resolved immediately. This store has been issues for me but I yet I continued going back. Now I will never go back. I advise other to go to the 4th st store
