Charged me extra fees and charged another fee to change the extra fees we denied during the process of setting up lines. Called for money back after changing the fees through another Metro authorized dealer. Called twice and hung up on me the first time while speaking. Was speaking English and they only spoke back to me in Spanish. I’m fortunate enough to be bilingual but that is not proper customer service.
