I went in to find one clerk with a line of people. I had my elderly mother in the car and it was chilly outside. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the line was barely moving. I had to go because my mom couldn’t stand the cold any longer. There should had been more than 1 clerk . I was very disappointed .
