The young lady that waited on me (the only one there tonight (03/05/2021) was excellent! I had some serious issues regarding my account; she went to great lengths to get the problem fixed and she was successful! A couple weeks ago in Port lavaca,Texas, I would in no way be able to make the same comments about the service I received there! It was because of the terrible service that I received there in Port Lavaca, Texas, that my account was in such a mess to begin with.The store I went to tonight in Victoria Texas, I give five stars!!!

If I could give this store a 0 I would the worst customer service by metro PCs I ever been to don’t appreciate getting yelled at and my wife and I was explaining the issues and my wife talked a little louder to make sure the lady working can hear my wife but she refused to help us and told me to get out of the store as soon as I was leaving she told me not to come back
