So, I’ve been in this store a few times to handle phone-related business, but I’m writing this review on Sunday December 6th, 2020 to thank the man working at this Metro for coming outside to chase a drunken old dude away from me after he was literally charging at me demanding a hug (after I repeatedly told him to get away from me, and that I was about to punch him right square in the jaw). Seriously – thank you for being there, and for doing that. I had to run to catch my bus, otherwise I would’ve come back & told you this in person.

Customer service changed dramatically. Salesman was excellent and helps you find the phone you need. Always works a deal for his customers from my experience and what ive seen when i go to pay my bill. Highly recommend this store as my #1 location.

I went to this location today, since it is close to my place of employment, and I will never return to this location again.. I wanted to up my plan, and was told I couldn’t, since I didn’t have an 8 digit pin.. I have a 4digit pin, but didn’t know what the 8 digit was, and asked how to get it.. She told me that each store is independently owned, so it wasn’t the concern of this store to get the pin, since I didn’t activate it there.. , I asked her to call the other store, and she told me again, that it’s not her responsibility, and there was nothing she could do, but take my payment.. I went to another store, and was taken care of respectfully.. This employee Dahlia, Is disrespectful, abrasive, and obviously doesn’t know how to do her job.. Her people skills are terrible, as well as her grammar..Another gentleman came in, and received the same unwillingness to assist him with finding an accessory for his phone.. I have never complained in one of these forums before, but this girl is definitely not someone I would buy anything from.. I drove across town, during my lunch, so I didn’t have to deal with her.. If I had to go there again, I would have switched providers..
