A rep wanted to offer me then told me no one is going to find out, no one will ever know , went on about I don’t have any friends he also didn’t, wanted to make a friend ,did things to me , I told him no but he insisted, told me he’d find me later if he wanted. Darryl is an exceptional help. I needed to come in to change an Android over to Apple. Seeing how I had never had an Apple, I was pretty clueless. Before Darryl, I had been to a ton of other places..best buy, Walmart, Verizon…and the only time I was able to get the information that I was actually looking for was from Darryl. He has a cool, calm and kind demeanor and taught me about my phone in the same way. He made me feel confident in my purchase and confident in metro. Metro is lucky to have him.
