Ordered phones a week and a half ago and still haven’t arrived and the associates have no clue when they will actually come in. Keep giving me the run around. I would think they’d be more accommodating for a $650 sale but they clearly aren’t concerned with keeping me as a customer. I’m canceling the order, getting a refund and going elsewhere to complete the transaction. Don’t waste your time at the Watervliet store it’s AWFUL.
