Anthony and Ashanti at the Amsterdam store were amazing. My mother and I went to get a phone for my father. Anthony set everything up and was very respectful, professional, patient, and kind. Ashanti also helped my mom with a new phone case and assisted Anthony in helping us. She was also very nice and professional. My folks are elderly so knowing that they have such wonderful people at MetroPCS is very helpful, especially if I can’t go with them to the store. Thank you Anthony and Ashanti!

After checking the hours on the metro website, and calling customer service just to double check on some things and they said that they were open. I took the drive which is roughly about 45 minutes to the metro location. Only to find out that the store was closed in at the nearest store was another 30 minutes away. So I went and I got to unlimited phone lines from AT&T for around $82. I will never again visit a metro store, good luck staying open doesn’t even look like you can stay open now.

Ashanti at the amsterdam store was amazing very professional, patient, and helpful. I brought a phone she set it up for me and helped me out with a case and cover for it. The store was very clean. Music was bumping lol but none the less it was a great experience. Keep up the good work ashanti 🙂
