Sent my wife in with two brand new tires to have them mounted.On the way home she noticed the car was riding ruff and bouncy.In the morning I checked the tire pressure which was 47 psi cold!way over the 42 psi it should be. A day later she said the car was shacking badly at 60+ mph so I took it for a ride and noticed the same thing. Told her to go back to Mesa Tires and have them rebalance the wheels. Upon arrival she was told by Joe that they do not balance the rear wheels because they are just following the front wheels ????What a bunch of BS! The incompetence and lying is mind blowing at this place. Joe told her that they could check the car out for vibrations at a additional $45 and assured her its not the rear wheels. Took the car to a real tire shop and had them check the wheels. They were shocked to find old weights on the wheels with the new tires. I took pictures of how bad the imbalance was. So please find Joe something less technically demanding to do, sweeping the floor would be a good start.
