My experience purchasing a vehicle has always involved stress and this transaction was no different. The difference was how the stress was handled in the moment. My salesperson, Deborah Goldschmidt, was responsive to my concerns and did a great job. Tyler did a solid job tutoring me on all of the amenities included with my vehicle. Lucy was engaging and made every effort to troubleshoot the issue the developed with the Mercedes app. The manager, Bob Binette, was amazing! Great communicator who knows his business and knows how to treat the customers and the people who work with him. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but I even enjoyed my interaction with the finance guy. I am so happy to have done business with Mercedes White Plains. Although, I live in Jersey, I plan to get my vehicle serviced with them. My S-Class Coupe (Jess- aka da Whip), she is straight !!!!!!!
