This place is full of sales people that have no idea about their product and service is down the toilet.They had the audacity to tell me to come from North Bay about a car that they didn’t have. Then they tried to sell me what I didn’t want, but their sales manager come to sell me a car from a dealership in so cal with a $10,000 mark up because of current demand for a large SUV. When I asked him if he was serious, he said Toyota are charging $500 more for a Corolla. So his dealership is also having a mark up of prices if demand is high. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quality service, with knowledgeable sales staff and honest service.

I have bought several Mercedes from this dealer over the years. Today I attempted to order a G63 from this dealer. I met with Sam – the salesman – and ticked through all of the options that I wanted. He told me there was a six month wait, and that I would need to put down a $10,000 deposit. Fine. He showed me the build price. Fine. He then said he had to go talk to his manager about Financing Options. When he returned, he said that the price would be $50,000 over MSRP! I walked out. I will never buy another car from this dealer ever again.
