Mercedes Benz of Arcadia is an is the best place to buy and service your Mercedes in San Gabriel valley!The team is very professional and friendly. I came in recently to get my recalls fixed, and they did additional work to inspect my car for other potential issues. They found some other parts that need to be fixed and sent me pictures and descriptions. I can decide and select the items that I want them to take care over the phone. It’s very convenient.

DONT GET YOUR BREAKS CHANGE THERE! My mom got her breaks changed at this location maybe 2 years ago. Recently, her rear breaks started making noises. We notice one break is almost all gone (see pic). The other one is still very thick…they totally forgot the change one of the rear breaks when she had it done 2 years ago. So unprofessional! I would recommend double checking your breaks if you ever get it done there.
