I have had 2 horrible experiences at this store. On 03/28/2021 I was accused of stealing 4 pair of children’s shoes that I purchased for my daughter. I went to exchange the shoes for a different size and I thought I did not have my receipt. Sierra automatically assumed I stole the shoes and begin to be very rude and unprofessional with me. I made it clear that I did not want my money back just a different size.On 03/30/2021 I was accused of stealing by the manager Michelle. The same 4 pair of shoes that I was exchanging for a smaller size. The employees are very unprofessional and have nasty attitudes. I work very hard for my money and I refuse to shop anywhere where I am racially profiled and accused of stealing. I will never in my life step foot into another Melrose store.

I love this place, Everytime I shop here I find something I love. I am a plus sized woman and even though their section is small for some department stores, it’s always a trendy fashionable item that I find. I also enjoy the fact that they upgraded the entire store. The kids clothes and shoes for all is also a bonus. I only shop here and one other store. I highly recommend for all shapes and sizes including the men.
