They don’t know good customer service, no greeting, no hello how are you, no smiles no have a good day thank you for shopping at Melrose. Just mad faces. If they don’t want to be there or even work for Melrose they should quit. It was a drag there. They seem annoyed when asked a question. I came in today may 6th at 10 am when they opened and all long faces… Maybe they should have ate breakfast to get a good start. I had to give one star to comment. Customer service is the face of Melrose and it was ugly

Great group of ladies working there. I am a trans woman of color and they do not treat me any different than any other woman buying cute clothes to floss. And the manager on duty or lead should get a raise. She styles the mannequins , too! La mujer tiene talento!!
