The manager here is horrible! She was sitting and talking to the other employee while there was clearly a line, not only that but nobody was at the registers. We had to ask them multiple time to check up out and once they did they just gave us attitude the entire time. I won’t be shopping here again.

I just experienced the WORST customer service at your location on Spencer and Perez street. Who ever is doing the hiring needs to take a better look at who they are putting in charge of their store. I strive for customer service, so when I came upon this group of ladies today I was very upset. Never shopping here again. As I walked up to make my purchase, one of the girls slams the “register closed” sign on the counter. I wait a couple seconds for one of the 3 other ladies behind the counter to say, “ here” or something. Not one said a word. I walked to the open register and one of the girls is literally straightening her hair behind the counter by the register!!! I mean really? What does that show to your customers ? It gets worse, all the girls just stood there talking amongst themselves not even saying one word to me and we’re looking at me as if there was a problem. I felt very uncomfortable. Melrose, you have to do a better job at who you are hiring.
