What a gem. Almost a best kept secret but the college kids know how good this place is. Their health-conscious menu has some thing for all kinds of appetites. I enjoyed the Mellow Mary, which by the way, is the most flavorful and delicious Bloody Mary in Syracuse! We had the biscuits and gravy with fried eggs. We also had the ancient grains sweet porridge. The venue is perfect and the service is so friendly. Get there early on weekends because when the college kids wake up, they will make their way.

Such a great hidden gem for breakfast! Very friendly staff and food was great. Mimosa is a real size for a drink which was nice (not those tiny glasses) Benedict is in my top 3 for this area. Highly recommend. It’s small inside so get there at opening to get a table as they fill up quick.
