Never ever again will I purchase another item from this store. We ordered a new bed for our daughter on January 9th 2021, and as of yet have not received it. We were told it was held up because of Covid. Then in February we were told it was held up because of inventory check in their warehouse. Now we are in March and we was told it would be here by 3pm on Saturday, big surprise no bed. Now we are being told maybe it was sent to another store. How unprofessional, when I asked for a tracking number they said “We do not have tracking numbers on our furniture”. We asked for a refund and we were told that we have to come in person to speak to the manger for the refund. We will update this review based on how long it takes us to get said refund. I highly recommend you go to Furniture City in Modesto or any Ashley’s Furniture. Items we purchased from their stores were delivered on the day agreed.

Denice is an extremely hardworking owner. She and her family operate this business. They provide excellent one on one assistance and will sit with you answering questions and figuring out the perfect solution to your furniture needs. I’d always rather buy from a hard working local entrepreneur vs the big corporate stores – assuming the local company has a decent selection and shows me they care. You get a great selection and personal care at Mega Furniture.I highly recommend you give them a look!

Me and my husband have had nothing but good things to say about Mega Furniture until today. I wish Denice was available to help with this purchase. But we had to deal with someone else.The deal took 3 days to go thru. The delivery was postponed 2 days in a row. I am very disappointed. This may be my last purchase with them.
