A friend recommended I go to this location to trim my beard. I had to walk away and plan to share to others that this organization is in Violation of Federal HIPPA Regulations. Anyone required to show my shot record is against federal laws and can be fined. My shot history is not for anyone’s information but myself and the medical professional who has taken an oath. It is nobody’s business that I’ve received any shots.
