We started using this pharmacy during the lock down because they deliver. We’re a high risk family, so we’ve asked to leave medicine at the door to avoid contact as much as possible, and it’s always an argument at the door, but in the end, they do leave it, which goes to show that they can, so why argue?They have our credit card on file, and have been asked to use it for co-pays, yet they always ask for payment at the door. So after 4 conversations with management, and 4 promises to start using the card on file, we’re still getting asked for payment at the doors.They’ve delivered the wrong medication twice. When calling, hold times have been longer than 20 minutes. I have spent over 3 hours in hold this past year. If it weren’t for their delivery service, I would have stopped using them a while ago. But now, I’m definitely using someone else.

They never have anything and there are always issues for x and y reasons. Every time we visit the pharmacy they never have anything ready, we have to wait 1 to 2 hours. The ONLY nice thing are the two ladies at the front, Mariela, and I forgot the other gals name. Super patient and kind.
