How does this company be allowed to get away with the worst customer service anywhere??? It is appalling. I was released from hospital with a total knee replacement. The prescription for walker as missing a code so they needed to get the code from the doctor. This was Friday at noon. Never heard from them, and now they are closed all weekend, and I live alone with a walker. I know the doctor, and if they would of made a slight effort to call, hey would of obtained what they needed to get their precious money. This issue will NOT stop here at this review, I can promise you. This company is the poster child for profit before healthcare.Oh, and if I had been able to post this review without a star, I would have given it ZERO stars. One star is way too generous

I worked with Pat (Jamestown) and he was very customer service oriented. He never rushed me and worked hard to iron out any issues that came up. I rented a scooter and bought a shower bench and a recliner. I have been very happy with everything and they came out to my house to make things right. They are a little hard to reach by phone sometimes but don’t give up, a little persistence is worth the effort. All the products were good quality.
