This is a great place I just got my first CPAP machine today. Jeanie took her time to make sure the fit was right and I was comfortable. She listened to all my concerns and issues and put them to rest. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

3/4/2020It took the better part of a year to process the paperwork for my lift chair in large part because the employees at Med Shop couldn’t be bothered to pick up a telephone and talk to my service coordinator from United Healthcare (my ins. carrier). After endless phone calls and no end of frustration on my part trying to coordinate the two of them, my chair finally arrived. That was three months ago.Now my chair is standing in the corner of the living room, stuck in the fully upright position. When I called to inquire about repairs they told me it was probably the controller and it was covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. BUT I would have to pay a $60 service fee before they would come out to look at it. I asked about just bringing the controller to the store/shop and was told it needed to be connected to the chair. So my options, as a shut-in, are to pay their service fee (which I can’t afford) or haul the chair to their ‘service department’ myself.I can’t report them to Medicare for fraud since they did deliver the chair, but I can let the public know they should avoid this collection of community college rejects if at all possible. One parting thought; if the chair was new why did it break so soon? And if they know the controllers are defective, they should make other arrangements for their replacement.
