This is the 3rd unit of water softener we install in our properties on March 2020. Professional technician to make sure your unit install in the right place, hiding water pipe and electric wire as much as possible. Sale representative understand what we need, gave us the right product and reasonable price. No over charge in my opinion (I got quote from 3 different companies and they have the best price with the same option). Under $1700 including labor fee, material, water softener, 5-stage RO water system, filter coupon, samples and freebies. They will also follow up how’s the work, the status of the unit. Make sure everything is function correctly. Best water softener company!

Try to get a system installed because the one we have is broken. Worst customer service I have encountered. I was willing to have all replaced. She just kept saying we don’t have those filters. There was a language barrier I believe
