Had a great experience buying a 2021 Tacoma. Been looking at multiple dealerships in alabama and even out of state and none of them had any available. Came across McKinnon Toyota online and saw that they had the exact specification tacoma I wanted. Called the same day and came in the same day and drove off with the truck. Dealership is very professional and knows how to work with customers very well. I would recommend this toyota dealership to others as I have been to other toyota dealers and have not felt as comfortable with other dealers as I have with McKinnon toyota. Special shout-out to the salesman Terrell, he did an amazing job and made the process very quick for us!

Our salesperson was Terrell in the purchase of our new 4Runner. We usually hate the car buying experience because of pushy salespeople and seemingly dishonest tactics when it comes to pricing and financing. We told him that we were only browsing at the moment. He took an approach of “We’ll put our best foot forward and you let us know if you would like to do business.” We set a price and they countered with an even better offer. We did some quick price matching and determined that we received a good deal for all the bells and whistles we wanted in that particular vehicle. We never felt pressured to buy. Overall, it was actually a pretty good buying experience compared to those we’ve had in the past. Would recommend.
