I came in do to a flat tire. I waited a hour and still wasn’t changed. In the process I got a call saying my sister just passed away so I asked how much longer explaining the situation. The older woman at the desk completely ignored me and said “yeah yeah yeah we’ll get to it when we can”Very unprofessional. Very cold hearted.This is an employee I wouldn’t have at my business and I won’t be bringing business back.
