Standard McDonald’s fare. We generally use the drive-through, where the service runs hot-and-cold. While the employees are almost always friendly (at the very least courteous and polite), the accuracy of our order has varied a bit. This has ranged from not including any napkins to the inclusion of an extra side of hash browns (better than just a Bonus Fry!).

I guess the new norms for McDonald’s now is not filling the French fries to the top and only giving 3 ketchup packets. I was craving some chicken nuggets so I went to this McDonald’s close to my work. Since I went at 11am, there was no one in the drive thru so I was able to pull right up and get the 10 piece chicken nuggets combo. They of course ask for what size for the drink and French fries so I said large. They also asked what sauces would I like and I said ketchup. Since I was on a call my attention was focus on the call. When I got back to the office and started unpacking my bag, to my surprise the fries were not filled all the way and they only give me 3 ketchup packets. 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries with only 3 packets of ketchup is not enough. I notice that most McDonald’s are doing this now beside the one that I go to in Northridge. They fill the French fries to the top and give you a bunch of ketchup packets.

Terrible customer service, they always get your order wrong, bad management, and hours are wrong they are not open 24 hours a day anytime you go after 1am they never answer the intercom or phone don’t know why it says 24 hours. Went there ordered through the drive thru and the manager gave me a wrong order went inside to correct it and she said I took the wrong bag. They hand you the bags in the drive thru so how did I get the wrong bag. They don’t read the screen to see your order which is why they fail so often save your time and money
