Ordered a drink with regular ice. They brought it to me with so much ice that I couldn’t even put the straw in. I got out of the car, talked to a supervisor and suggested maybe an option for light ice in the app would be a great idea, hoping she’d relay to message to the big guys at their next meeting. She took it personally instewd and told me nothing would be done to fix it. Great job miss supervisor. You completely missed the point .
