I reach in the bag to pull out the ketchup and I find it kind of sticky so I take it out because it’s wrapped in a napkin and I find that it’s covered in hairs..Just wow.These people want $15/hr and this is what kind of service they provide.This McDonald’s is terrible.

The food here is consistent and good, but I’ve never had such a consistently bad experience with McDonald’s drive-thru. They have two speakers, but they frequently take three or four orders from a single line before switching to the other, which feels crummy when you’ve been waiting way longer. This happened on three subsequent trips. They also ring the food up so you can see it, but if you ask them to fix something, they tend to be resistant. Also sometimes still end up with the wrong food. Also tried mobile/curbside once but the person dropping it off didn’t have a mask at all in sight.
