The guy at the front counter was great I could tell he was new to the front register. When he did not know something I asked he asked for help. The only one allowed to help him was the manager on duty, she showed him what to do and told him what was the problem with the way the order was going but she did it real fast and lost him. She could have also showed him how to do it manually, so if someone came in with a receipt and the promo code on it he would know how to do it.

The people that work here are nice but they made us go wait in the 3 drive thru waiting area and completely forgot about us. Waited for 30 minutes and had to go inside to get our food which wasn’t even started yet. Would not go back to this location. At least the lady was apologetic about it.
