Food is usually super fresh, and almost NEVER hear, Sorry our ice cream machine is broken!. However, my rating pretty much reflects the food, not the employees. I didn’t want to factor in the customer service too much because i felt like it would downplay the my satisfaction with the food, which is why we come to McDonald’s after all! When it comes to customer service at this location, i would definitely give it ONE star!! But in my opinion, expecting superb, top-notch customer service from a fast food restaurant is pretty much just asking for a disappointment.

Had kind of a complex order. Multiple items, all customized, etc. They got everything in the bag which initially was a pleasant surprise. Lol, then I got my spicy chicken sandwich. It was cold, and it looks like instead of putting on the spicy sauce, like accidentally got singe on the bread. Super dry. Just the most cliche picture vs. a sad, cold, thin, sandwich avatar.

Defiantly a great place over all. Been going here most of my life, but there newer employees do not know how customer service works. and if they do they ignore the whole aspect of kindness even at my happiest when I go.
