I’m not a fan of fast food for the most part and McDonald’s is no exception; however, my kids love it. I’ve heard horror stories about the employees being rude but I’ve never experienced that. The employees are always very kind and courteous when I take my kids there. The only negatives I’ve ever experienced were being told the ice cream machine was down multiple times when ordering frozen treats for my kids and almost never getting barbecue sauce for my kids’ chicken nuggets at the drive-thru. Other than that, I’ve got no complaints about this McDonald’s.

Man, at 10 o’clock at night they were on point. Although, they didn’t see me in the lobby at first, and placed my food back for a second – everything was fresh. And, the employee apologised, which it was a mistake on my part b/c I like to sit where I can see people and they can’t see me. Lol

I had one of the worst experiences with this McDonald’s. I dealt with not only rude and inconsiderate employees, but also bratty immature black teenagers that stole my order (I got blamed for that too). I shouldn’t be surprised, as this is Troy. Montgomery is more classy than this hoodrat town. I’d rather breathe in pure radiation than to ever go back to this garbage location.
