I have never been so disrespected! After Waiting 30 minutes for our food the lady came out and tossed our food in the car. My mom asked her if there was ketchup in the bag and she responded with “if you ordered it it’s in there”. My mom asked her to wait a second so we could check and she said, “Uh no butch you back come in and get it”. The sauce wasn’t on the bag so we left. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with this location but I am very disappointed.

This place was great. I dont usually eat at McDonalds very often anymore, one of the reasons is the fact that they usually are pretty slow nowadays, but this one was pretty quick which was great! The food was fine. They currently offer dining in as long as you are social distancing. Public bathrooms.

I am giving the McDonald’s in Greenville, AL 5 stars because it is exceptionally nice, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was immaculate and the food was very good too. The only drawback was that some of the staff were taking their breaks in the dining room at the same time I was there and they shouted back and forth to each other the whole time I was eating. Apparently, one of them is expecting and much of their conversation was centered around childbirth and bodily functions – not the most appetizing topics to have to listen to while trying to enjoy a sausage biscuit.
