Ok, there is a McD a few miles north of this place at a gas station…avoid that one at all costs unless you have all day to wait. We got back and the road and ended up a this one since my kid wanted the BTS meal. I keep telling her that I’m surprised they even have it in Alabama. Popped into this McD and it was not crowded at all and the service was great. The lady that helped us was super nice and gave great service. Ordered the BTS meal with both sauces (we will sell you the sauce packet label…I heard that’s a thing) and the spicy chicken sandwich which was my second time eating it…first time was a fail at another McD. Look, the entire meal was hot…a good thing-fries, sandwich, nuggets all good. So stop here and support these folks. The lady that helped us was an older lady and super nice and told us to be careful with all the traffic.

Just ordered a sprite, simple right. Nope had my first sip it was flat and tasteless. I tasted my son’s and it was fine.The place was mobbed, all I just wanted a replacement and to inform them to probably change the tank. I was informed by the employee that that is how their sprite tasted. I was like how do 2 of the same drinks taste completely different? The response was that’s the way it was. Being that the place was extremely busy and not realizing that customer service clearly was not a priority I just had to get a coffee and leave.
