Horrible experience, I waited 10 minutes to place an order in the lobby because all the employees kept walking past the register and saw me and just ignored me while I was asking if I could place an order, finally a girl who was not even on the clock took my order, a bunch of employees were arguing to even be able to take care of customers, a women and her disabled daughter came into the lobby to order and the manager told them to leave because she wasn’t going to take there order because the lobby was “closed” well if the lobby was closed why didn’t you lock the door? So they had to leave without food. I’m disgusted at how bad there social skills were, I know it’s McDonald’s but come on now, a simple “I’ll be right with you” would’ve been nice. I had to tell them three times I needed to leave and I was going to leave without my order I didn’t even want my money back at that point I just needed to get home. That’s when I finally got my order
