Went through the drive-through yesterday ordered a spicy crispy chicken meal with two bottles of water. Staff was rude when taking my order and payment. When I got to the second window I asked politely not to get a drink carrier I was told I just have to take it and it was shoved at me. I get my food and instead of having the chicken from the expensive chicken sandwich that I paid for I had a dollar menu hot and spicy McChicken Patty on the bun. Like I didn’t know this was done deliberately because they weren’t prepared, nor did they want to inform me so I could have been given the option to wait. This McDonald’s has went way downhill over the last few years. And honestly don’t care for them insulting my intelligence.
