We asked for no ketchup on one of our cheeseburgers and there was ketchup on it. We didn’t feel like taking it back because it took longer than 3 minutes.

Do not order from the app at this location. They will help everyone in the neighborhood and beyond before they fill your order. Today was 20 minutes for 2 value meals!!! The parking lot was empty and so was the drive thru before they even thought about filling my order. This is not the first time by far that they have taken FOREVER to bring out an order!!! Pathetic
