This is my go to McDonalds because it’s conveniently located where I travel. It has its ups and downs like every other restaurant in the world. But for convenience I like coming here. I gave the 3-star rating today because their shake machine has been down for 3 weeks straight. I’m really surprised that nobody has tried to call Taylor to get this fixed. The employees some of them are really friendly and some of them are not. The food is always pretty decent. I realize that fast food is a difficult job are right now all the employees are probably working at least two stations because that’s just how the owners do this. But I don’t necessarily blame the employees for their mix ups or the mistakes. As far as their attitudes go you need to decide if fast food is for you or if it isn’t if you don’t like your job then find something else. Just don’t take it out on the customers who are paying your salaries.

Very polite and pleasant people in the drive thru, but my hashbrowns could have been cooked a little longer. Not very crispy.

i came here for a quick dinner and their soda machine wasn’t available they said they have other drinks but will be charging extra. not only that they were rude and forgot half the order.
