I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this gorgeous place. happy to tell that we passed a superb evening and the place was absolutely one of the reasons for that outstanding evening. The crew cooperated in a pleasant way, the cuisine was extremely good and my friends were very thrilled. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

DO NOT GO HERE! YES! this McDonald’s store #1545 at 1510 Deer Park Ave North Babylon, NY 11703 the one next to AT&T store Across from 711 were Bayshore road meets Deer Park Ave. The most incompetent irresponsible least experienced McDonald’s I have had to deal with. First of all teach your associates what the difference between the words with/without/only/add. Also that there is a hamburger option for all sandwiches for people who may have allergies or lactose intolerant or just not want cheese today. Not the best practice to rip the community off and ring up a cheeseburger or quarter cheeseburger and remove the cheese of the sandwich when they ask for a hamburger. They are still stuck paying for the cheese if you rung up a cheese burger vs hamburger. This all falls on management as it is their responsibility and they should respect the fact that if you make someone wait in the car for over 10 minutes when you park them with food in their hands. that food is going to be cold by the time the missing part of the order is brought out to them. On to my reason for this rant I’m tired of being brushed to side at window when trying to fix my order, the worst for more than 4 times. My worst was at beginning of the month when I placed an order of 2 large size meals and a happy meal. They mixed up the large orders mixed matched them and couldn’t figure out what only cheese meant or hamburger meal add ketchup meant. They tried fix it at 2nd window only to get it wrong so they parked us. Then they brought out our food to car and I had to walk back into the store because one of the sandwiches was still wrong. A tall gentle men who seem to be in charged wearing a few noticeable pieces of hand jewelry tried to assist me. I explained to him that this was the 3rd time my order has been wrong all our fries are getting cold and handed him the bag with the fries and wrong burger. He tossed it out in trash remade my sandwich and gave me fresh fries. All it was is a quarter pounder with cheese only mayo, no pickles ketchup and onions. the other burgers before that were messed up was a simple 2 hamburgers meal no pickles or onions, add ketchup not hard at all. Well I get home family sits down to eat after that long ordeal I open MY SANDWICH and oh my god to my disbelief he had messed it up. Cannot make this stuff up all I wanted was a quarter cheeseburger only mayo nothing else on it. I did not stutter it was my 3rd time repeating the order and yet he made me a sandwich with both mayo and ketchup on it, I HATE Ketchup. I took my food with my receipt alone let my family eat in peace without me and got back in the car heading back to this McDonald’s. I spoke to the same manager I mentioned before who had personally made my sandwich last and told him my sandwich is wrong again. He was quite upset and rude proceeding to tell me well I’m not making your whole order again took my receipt and left for a moment. I said excuse me all I need is my sandwich made correctly so I can finally enjoy it along with my fresh side of fries that I’ve been dragging along home and back. I gave him the bag with the fry and wrong sandwich but he did not want it this time. told him again all I need is my food made correctly, my family is home finally enjoying their part of the order while I’m stuck driving around to here to go fix my food and finally eat something for the day. I got my sandwich and fry finally and left throwing the bag with wrong cold food in it in the trash on my way out. Don’t go here, could not even go there a few days ago to pick my daughter up a single happy meal with a smoothie drink without them overcharging me for an extra drink and brushing me away telling me I’m wrong and the to just take the extra apple juice they handed me that I’m not being charged for it. I have my receipt still for that and have made my official complaint to corporate. But I’m not really a review person but for the sake of incompetency and this management team, maybe we can have a more correctly coordinated McDonalds in this community.
