WORST experience ever. I gave my order and got close to NOTHING right. Our 2 10 piece nuggets were the spicy one when we specified not PLUS they forgot the third one we ordered. We didn’t get fries or our milkshakes. We got extra soda for “compensation” and half the “sodas” were water. All of our sauces were hidden in the happy meal. Our sauces were OPEN. We still payed in full price. NEVERR ORDER HERE.

I stopped here today for me and my two sons. I ordered two bundles and a large fries. First I had to have them fill up my large fries because it was missing. Then I had to go back because one small fries was missing. Then I had to go back because my sons nuggets were stale. They took them back and replaced them with old ones dipped in hot grease. Then the manager Ingrid refused to serve me fresh nuggets and slammed 3 dollars on counter. I refused I wanted my fresh nuggets. She called the cops and lied about my behavior. FYI I have video and im sure McDonald’s does too, However I have sound on my video. FYI another customer had the same complaint about her and nuggets.. I ended up going to 205 McDonald’s and got fresh nuggets for my 2 year old. I got pictures to prove it. Moral to story check ya nuggets and watch out for Ingrid and her false reports ..

The manager at this McDonald’s has zero customer service skills. She first off does not know how to speak to customers or address an issue. Instead she laughs and screams in your face as if she’s right. Meanwhile she doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing or saying. If the order numbers get mixed up, how is that a customers fault? Then she wants to blame the customer on payments. How is that a payment issue if the order got mixed up with another customers order? Please replace her.
