It loses a star because it’s still McDonald’s — a below-average fast food chain — and because the hours on the app and website don’t match the stores actual hours, but this franchised location is otherwise extremely well run. The food comes out fast, the items are always correctly prepared and about as good as McDonald’s can be, and there isn’t generally a crowd. Recommended

There is an adorable sign “Welcome to Forest Hills” on the wall by the counter. The decor of McDonald’s FH location is clean, bright but limited-spaced compared to other branches.However, the service was kind of reluctant and the staff served everything slowly. I ordered a cup of latte on their app and pressed “I am here” button when I arrived but it took me 20 minutes to get my order. The latte was still decent with the same standard as usual but we were upset with the long wait.

I do not like that since covid 19, the items I grown to enjoy i.e. parfait and strawberry sundae is no longer offered by McDonalds
