I may up it a star or 2 not sure yet… I’d have to go a second time. We walked in and I asked what do you recommend for smoking? He pulled a slab of Tri-tip from the cooler and it had some real nice marbling I thought was perfect. I didn’t look at it until the next day, I opened the wrap and they, I bought 2 2+lb cuts and they had a couple of quarter sized dark spots on them.So that’s why I have to go back and give a second chance and also I have to find out why they were so dang expensive. Also there was a good chunk of fat on both pieces (not sure if that’s normal, it’s the first time I bought this cut)… I wanted something to smoke that Sunday…They were delicious no doubt but not sure if worth the price. We grabbed a couple sausage as well, I can’t comment, we haven’t had them yet.

Beef bacon BLT and chili were outstanding. Never had anything here that is not amazing. Staff are all super friendly and helpful.
