I don’t normally leave bad reviews. Usually, I just never come back to waste my money twice.I watched my order sitting behind the cashier in the window for close to 10 minutes before I could get someone to give me my now COLD food. Order wasn’t complete and had to ask again for the sides. I’ve always loved McAlister’s. Not this one.

My Wife and I went for a quick meal and she ordered a Turkey Melt with extra bacon and a side salad with chips, 20 minutes later she received a chicken sandwich with Potato Salad, which was nothing she had ordered and didn’t want to send it back cause she didn’t want to wait cause she wasn’t feeling well and needed to eat; and fear someone may get upset and spit in her food. I dont see the need to walk to the counter to order when they decide for you what your eating, then the wait staff look confused when you ask.I could understand if they were busy but the restaurant was near empty with noone in line. Unsatisfactory and wished I didn’t have to give them even one star.
